This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data when you:
- visit the TB Developments website;
- contact us through the website form, email, telephone or WhatsApp;
- enquire about our projects, investment opportunities or services; or
- interact with third-party features or links made available through the website.
03Personal data we collect
Information you provide
When you contact us through the website, we may collect:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your telephone number, if provided;
- the subject of your enquiry;
- the contents of your message; and
- any other information you choose to provide.
If you contact us by email, telephone, WhatsApp or another channel, we may also collect the information associated with that communication.
Please do not send confidential, financial, identification or special-category personal data through the general contact form unless we specifically request it through an appropriate secure channel.
Technical and usage information
When you use the website, our hosting and technical service providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as:
- IP address;
- browser and device type;
- operating system;
- requested pages and request timestamps;
- referral information; and
- security and diagnostic logs.
The website does not currently use advertising or behavioural-profiling tools.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider whether those interests are proportionate and whether your rights and interests require additional safeguards.
05Contact-form processing
The contact form is submitted to a same-site function hosted by Cloudflare. The function validates the information you provide and applies basic anti-spam checks. On review and preview versions of the website, delivery is disabled and validated submissions are not forwarded to TB Developments or an external email-delivery service.
When form delivery is enabled for the production website, the function forwards the submitted information to Resend, our email delivery provider, for delivery to the TB Developments email inbox. The Resend access credential is stored securely in the hosting environment and is not exposed in the website’s HTML.
Resend states that its servers are located in the United States, and limited delivery logs may be retained for security and operational purposes. Its practices are described in the Resend privacy policy.
We retain the copy of your enquiry received in our email system according to the criteria described below.
06Google services and external content
Google Maps
The contact page includes an embedded Google Map showing the location of our office. When the map loads with the page, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information and interaction data, and may use cookies or similar technologies according to your Google settings.
Google describes its processing in the Google Privacy Policy and its Google Product Privacy Guide.
Directions to our office are also available directly on the Google Maps website or app, independently of this website.
Website fonts
The website’s Inter typeface is hosted with the website. Loading the typeface does not require your browser to connect to Google Fonts.
07Other recipients and service providers
We may disclose personal data to:
- Cloudflare, as the website hosting, security and contact-form function provider;
- Resend, for contact-form email delivery;
- our email and communications providers;
- professional advisers, including lawyers, accountants and auditors, where necessary;
- public authorities, courts or regulators where required by law; and
- other service providers acting on our instructions and subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
We do not sell personal data.
08International transfers
Some service providers, including Cloudflare, Resend and Google, may process personal data outside Portugal or the European Economic Area.
Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the transfer is supported by an applicable legal mechanism and appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual protections, where required.
09How long we keep personal data
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including:
- for the time needed to respond to and follow up an enquiry;
- while a relevant business, contractual or investment relationship remains active;
- for the period necessary to maintain appropriate business records;
- for the time required to comply with legal, tax, accounting or regulatory obligations; and
- for the period needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
When personal data is no longer required, we delete it or anonymise it, subject to any legal retention requirements and routine backup cycles.
11External links and social media
The website contains links to third-party services, including LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp and Google Maps. When you follow one of these links, the third party’s privacy terms apply. TB Developments does not control how those services process your data.
12Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use an appropriate secure channel if we ask you to provide sensitive or confidential information.
13Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- obtain confirmation of whether we process your personal data;
- request access to your personal data;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request deletion of your data;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive personal data you provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, where applicable;
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent; and
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
