A civil engineer by training, Benjamin spent his early career in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte and EY in Paris, advising developers, hospitality groups and private equity funds on real estate transactions and financial due diligence.
He founded TB Developments to apply that discipline as a principal: sourcing, underwriting and delivering value-add projects across Portugal, working with a close network of investors, technical partners and financial institutions.
