Overview

A contemporary private residence conceived for a sloping 772 m² site in Alto do Lagoal, Caxias — one of Oeiras’s established high-end residential areas.

Developed from Scenario 3 of the project due diligence, the concept brings a T4 villa of approximately 338 m² gross private area together with garage and storage spaces, a pool, generous terraces and layered gardens. The architecture steps with the natural topography to create direct relationships between the living spaces, landscape and Atlantic light.

Design development and licensing will refine the final configuration. The imagery shown is conceptual and illustrates the intended scale, materiality and residential character.

Location

Alto do Lagoal is a consolidated residential area of Caxias, positioned between Lisbon and Cascais and immediately south of the A5. The site combines a discreet neighbourhood setting with convenient access to Paço de Arcos, Caxias beach and the waterfront promenade.

The plot falls approximately five to six metres across its depth. This topography creates the opportunity for terraced gardens, an embedded lower level and greater privacy between the street arrival and the principal living spaces.
