Overview
The project is located in the heart of Bica, one of Lisbon’s most historic and characterful neighbourhoods, next to the iconic Elevador da Bica. Set within a privileged hillside location, the project benefits from the area’s distinctive charm, centrality, and exceptional views over the city and the Tagus River.
This project involved the rehabilitation of the building, resulting in eleven modern apartments across multiple floors, including two T0 units, four T1 units, one T1 duplex, four T2 units, and one T3 unit.
